As someone who has gone through a long, expensive, confusing and emotionally draining divorce, I want to make the divorce process simpler, less costly and help people move forward with their lives. I help clients get organized for the divorce process, focus on what's important, clarify decisions to be made, develop better communication skills, discuss the emotional challenges and lay a foundation for the future.
I am a Certified Divorce Coach. I am a divorcee. I am a mother and a stepmother. I am an ex-wife and a new-wife. I am someone who is fully enjoying this stage of my life and I love empowering people to enjoy theirs.
I have been a Certified Public Accountant for 24 years and chose to go back to school to become a certified coach with the top-rated coaching school, Coach U. I continued my education with the Advanced Coaching Program, received my ACC (Associate Certified Coach) Credential from the governing board of the International Coach Federation and am currently working towards additional credentialing with the College for Certified Divorce Coach program.
I know what it's like to feel alone and confused about who can help me legally, financially and emotionally during my divorce. I know the money, time and energy that I spent trying to figure out a plan of action all alone. I know what it is like to feel like no one was on my side. I have had the divorce papers signed, the custody agreement and child support in place, the dust settled and asked myself "Now what?" I have had all the emotions that you might be experiencing:

I know what it's like to help my children express themselves honestly and without judgement. I know what it's like to get back into the "world of dating". I know what it's like to feel utterly alone with my thoughts and feelings, not knowing anyone who could relate.
